Indoor walking groups on TV

At this time of year you might not feel like walking in the cold, but it is more important than ever to keep moving. If you really can’t face the freeze, we have a new indoor walking group in the Potteries Shopping Centre, meeting at Costa Coffee every Friday morning at 10am. The walk takes only 30 minutes round the various levels, before finishing for a cup of coffee or tea.

This exciting new group has been causing quite a stir and this Friday at 10am Radio Stoke and hopefully Midlands Today TV will be coming along to find out what it’s all about- so be sure to tell anyone you think would be interested as it would be great to have as many walkers as possible to join in on the new ‘mall walking’ craze.
