With the accidental killing of the British hostage last year by US special forces sent to rescue her, the Americans were to quick to do a press release and gave out what was a set of events that were untrue. Again no lessons were learnt, and a few hours later the really truth comes out.

So there was no lasting grave, to lose all evidence of the kill

No it is not right. Yes it's not going to be pleasant, but when a major figure like bin laden is taken down, the victims families and friends killed by his organisation will always feel a sense of being cheated of any justice. The US have acted like this to tie up all lose ends. Just like the body being at sea. They say they do it out of respect to his ways and faith, but again it seem like it's a cop out, a quick kill, and quick ending.

As to conspiracy theory, have the CIA not just pulled the biggest fast one and pulled their operative out of the field? The thing about conspiracy theories you can make them up in a blink of an eye with out any need to have facts.
