Background to the Coaching Session
The fundamentals coaching course has been designed to improve the general dexterity and co-ordination of 4 – 6 year olds without going into the specifics of an individual sport. Therefore, this is not football coaching, but an opportunity for children to experience a fun environment where they make friends, develop core physical and mental skills, and are inspired to be active.
