I think i have seen this dog
I think i have seen this dog (White Alsation??) in the Hawes Street, Summerbank Rd area with its owner, we had the scrap collectors around yesterday and they tend to open gates and look in yards and leave the gates open so if the owner lets the dog out unaware they make a break for it thats how my mate lost her dog earlier this year.

Has anybody heard if the Dog has been returned to her owners yet, I hope so. she really is a beauty. Micro chipping is a brill thing if ever i have another dog i will get mine done, i keep asking my hubby if we can have a dog every week but he is adamant he doesnt want another, he was too upset when we lost Becky we had her for 17yrs, still i live in hope.

Hi Sue V I know what you went through we had a dog for 17yrs and had to have him put to sleep, one of the worst days of our lives. I always said no to another dog which didn't last I bought the wife a blue roan cocker spaniel when she was made redundant. He is great fun and a constant companion keep on to your hubby he will eventually give in.

Hi Folks, sorry for the delay in reponse. We have been on hols for the week. I spoke to the vets yesterday and Mia's owners collected her on the evening of the 8th. It seems that as predicited someone had left the gate open and she hd got out. The owners were overjoyed to get her back. Nice ending to the story. xx

That's brilliant! As a dog lover, I found this really heartwarming. Well done random. It's good to know that there are people wh will put themselves out to help others.
