After completion and opening
After completion and opening how long do we reckon it is going to be before some mindless morons wreck the area or cause dammage??. As winter and dark nights are approching the area will not be supervised so I give it 3 to 4 months or is that me being over generous, should I have said weeks??.
I understand your concerns,
I understand your concerns, here at Brindley Ford we have been trying to get new play equipment for a long time now. I have heard it said so many times about vandalism and graffiti etc. That has so often been one of the arguments banded about against even trying to improve things. Sad to say that if we don't bother to try to improve things we would end up living in slums. This playground was provided for the good of the community. I say it is very sad, even heart breaking to see destruction caused by a few mindless idiots. Maybe when they mature they will see the foolishness of their ways. But in the meantime we still need to keep improving the areas we live in, if only for the sake of the children. It is a shame that the families of the vandles responsible for any damage, are not also held responsible to pay for and clean up the damage etc. that has been done.
Looks great!
