Shocking. I read this on the sentinel. What would possess anybody to kill 8 swans?

The 3rd incident at their home - sounds like a localised issue, why are the RA getting involved? If it were me I’d consider buying a fence (or a shot gun) before taking all dog walkers civil liberties away?
WM I resent the questionnaire as it is very vague and generally about dogs on leads, not specifically about the Backfields open space.
Also the question you ask is very loaded, and the statistics are not relevant to Backfields open space! I can only assume you want to influence the voters to you opinion.
This is misleading and unfair which concerns me given you are considering reporting the results of the poll back to the council. I’m disappointed in the manner this poll is taking place, its practically a witch hunt for dog owners.

See my reply on the appropriate page. We aren't looking to taking cicil liberties away, asking for opinions is all. If more people are dissatisfied with the way some dogs are let loose on the open space the council & police can do more checks.
Of course this is an issue for an RA, why should it get involved in local matters? It's what they are there for.
