Gypsy caravans park up in Burslem

today between 4 to 6 "travellers" caravans and their white vans have parked up onto the Home Bargains carpark in Burslem,

update.as of thursday morning the caravans and vans have moved on.........

I hope the law is stacked in Home Bargins favour, they'll lose business to this.

They will also get lots of rubbish left when they eventually leave.

Question here if these people have no fixed abode how do they get insurance on their vehicles?
