New Zealand fend off France to become Rugby World Champions

All Blacks triumph at home beating a very strong and resilient French side had the Kiwi’s made the most of their penalty kicks in the first half the game may have been a lot easier. We all know someone that contributes to this site who will be very happy you can bet Kiwigaz is jumping and shouting for joy. Overall this has been a very enjoyable World Cup and New Zealand are well deserved winners and have been brilliant hosts let’s hope that we can do the same in four years time.

Thanks for the mention, I wasn't jumping for joy during the game though lol. Talk about a nail biting finish, I was a nervous wreck after it all. If it wasn't so early in the morning I would have had a drink.
Well done again New Zealand for hosting a tremendous World Class Rugby Cup Tournament. Not bad for a country with just 4 million people.
Toasted the win with dinner out and a glass of wine to celebrate lol.
Looking forward to another 4 years when we go through it all again.

I am married to a kiwi and the past few weekends have been rugby rugby and yes more rugby,but this world cup final was edge of the seat stuff and a great game for all sport fans,it was also a great present for my husband who retired this weekend after 49 years of work,to see his beloved all blacks lift that trophy was the best present his home country could have given him.Well done New Zealand.

Well done the Kiwis, I realy wanted them to win but ooooh it was so close, I was suprised I didnt hear any shouting from next door but on seeing Kiwigaz later he looked pleased as punch.
