Non-stop RTC in Tunstall

Police are appealing for witnesses following a non-stop road traffic collision in Tunstall.

The incident occurred at approximately 8.30pm yesterday, Monday, on Victoria Park Road.

A 35-year-old woman had got out of her black Audi A4 when she and the stationery vehicle were struck by a car - believed to be a silver or light-coloured Fiat Punto, or similar vehicle, which failed to stop.

The woman was taken to hospital to be checked over. The Audi A4 was damaged.

Any witnesses are asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 696 of December 19.
