Does anyone know how the occupants of the overturned car on the ramp leaving the A500 towards Etruria Roundabout?

Coming back from Stoke today we slowed to a halt along the D-Road (A500) on the 50 stretch between Stoke and Hanley.

As we queued a Fire Engine and Ambulance pushed through the jam.

Traffic did seem to speed up after this and it wasn't long before we arrived at the scene of what looked like a multiple car with one car in a really bad state, lying on it's roof facing the wrong way.

A fire officer was gesturing to someone in the car on it's roof.

Does anyone know how the occupants are as this looked like a really bad smash?
