Sponsored Sleep Out with ARCH North Staffs for charity and raising awareness of homelesness

The Sponsored Sleepout will raise awareness of local homelessness as well as raise money for local charity Arch's work with local homeless and disadvantaged people. The basic principle for the event is that people sleep outside for a night, not only to help raise money to support our homelessness work but to raise awareness to help prevent homelessness.

When will it take place?

Friday 27th January 2012, 10.00pm -- 6.00am.
Registration for the event will take place from 8.30pm.

This date has been chosen to link in with National Homelessness Week at the end of January / early February. Following the Christmas festivities, it is also an appropriate time to reflect on those who have been shut out in the cold during the celebrations.

Where will it happen?

The sleepout will take place at - various venues throughout Staffordshire and Cheshire.

How do I get involved?

Simply get sponsorship for taking part, then come along to your designated venue from 8.30pm on Friday 27th January with your Registration Card and suitable belongings.
