The sign on the door sates that:

"The Cutting Cabin is now closed for good. Any one wishing Martyn to cut their hair ring 07733 298 502"

The business is for sale at £1200. Potential buyers are asked to apply within, however with the shop being closed it's probably best to call Martyn on 07733 298 502. The £1200 price tag includes fixtures and fittings.
