Signs of Spring 2012

On Sunday I had a great bike ride to Westport Lake with my eldest son.  It was great to see the lake packed with fellow bikers and walkers.

 

Whilst there I noticed a tree that looked like it had leaves on it, upon closer inspection no leaves but plenty of catkins.  It is always good to see the first signs of spring starting to grow.
