Eligibility:

Everybody is welcome to join our health and fitness courses. Courses are open to all except where specified just for women, over 50s etc

We try and incorporate people with all needs in a course closest to them and there are also specialist groups where the focus is on health conditions, gentler exercise or pregnancy.

We are always keen to develop links with organisations working with groups who would be interested in trying some exercise and health education. We can accept medical and Lifestyle Programme referrals and most classes are suitable for people with different levels of fitness and health.

Please telephone the office if you want to discuss any specific requirements.

Our contact details: 01782 831911 or email stoke@wea.org.uk.
