Volunteer in the Stoke-on-Trent area for the ChildLine Schools Service

view counter

Whether on phone or online, ChildLine is available 365 days a year to support children and young people, whatever their worry.

Most children who call ChildLine are over 11 and many have suffered abuse for years. By visiting every single primary school we aim to teach younger children how to be safe and who to tell if they’re not.

We are now recruiting and training volunteers to help deliver this vital service across the Stoke-on-Trent area.

Watch how volunteers are making a difference

Hear from our ChildLine Schools Service volunteers about how they are making a difference to children in their communities in the video.
Who can volunteer?

You don’t need to have previous experience of working with children in a school to be a ChildLine Schools Service volunteer.

We’ll provide expert training and a supportive network to give you the opportunity to gain valuable skills and empower children.

If you are interested, or know someone who might be, please visit our website for more information and apply online.

Thank you for your continued support.
