WOW!!!!!
A couple of weeks ago, we were asked to display an A4 poster with details of a cat which went missing from Congleton on Sunday 17th August. Happily, we displayed the poster, and hoped for the best!
This morning, I have just received a call from her owner, advising that we could take the poster down as Madi has now been found, safe and well, IN SURREY! Her devoted owners travelled to Surrey over the weekend to fetch her.
If it wasnt for the fact that she was microchipped, they would have been left wondering what had happened forever! Makes you wonder where our little feline friend could be from doesnt it?!

How much does it cost to have a chip inserted?
Hi,The cost is £17.00!
Hi,
The cost is £17.00! Thats the total cost for the chip, and for us to complete all the paperwork that goes with it. We actually register them online now which means the animal is registered on the national database before it's even left the surgery.
An even better offer is that the chip is completely free with any 2 bags of Royal Canin (2.5Kg or more)- the offer runs until RC stop it, but they say its a long term thing!

Well, she's still not saying where she's from, just had tea, so having a wash on my knee now. off to the vet's in a bit. Still no luck in finding a permanent home, though not heard from my neighbour today.
Glad your Congleton lost cat had a happy ending though.
£10.00 Microchips
Dear all,
just re-stumbled across this blog, involving the cat from Congleton who was re-united with her owner, after catching a lift to Surrey! All thanks to being microchipped.
Well, we are now able to offer microchipping for just £10, for a limited time, owing to a new brand of micrchip being launched and being sold to us at a much lower price than normal as an introductory offer.
If you have an un-chipped cat, dog or rabbit, and are interested, please phone 01260 272131 to arrange a convenient appointment- can be done at the same time as a check up, vaccination, worming or any other prodcedure.
Thanks.
James.
