Had a super work out tonight down the gym. Running to the beats of the The Fratellis and Lilly Allen really got the old muscles going.

Anybody else got some good work out music?

Sticking for now with Alsager as I've got another 6 months on my membership, but dimensions looked good because it isn't that far, and Clough Hall also seems quite good because you get the use of the pool, and the kids can go for free then.
