Despite rain and more rain works have progresssed well since last writing a month ago.

External concrete hardstandibgs are approaching completion in the next two weeks and
landscaping works are in progress.
Internally the warehouse slab and underfloor heating were completed mid november with only final fitting-out now need completing ahead of cleaning.

Brickwork to the attenuation ponds is approching completion allowing footpath construction to commence in two weeks time.

Key facts
· 88,000m of under floor heating pipework installed
· 9,000 tonne topsoil ameliorated for reuse
· 94 tonne of waste material generated
· 91 tonne of waste material generated and recycled

Future key Dates:
· 3rd November - fencing commences
· 7th November - window installation commences
· 12th November - landscaping commences
· 24th November - initial clean of the warehouse
· 1st December - commence final clean

which company is going to use the blue planet building?????
anyone know as it is near completion, got to be a very large company that needs logistical distribution, how many jobs will be created?, what type of jobs?, I am sure alot of people will be interested in this info if there is any??

At the rate this recession is going the only buisness with enough customers to fill the place will be Job Center Plus. Devil
