Just read popeyes thread on the burglary's and it reminded me of something that happened last week to a friends neighbour in Blurton.
A pickup truck pulled up outside a house on Longton Hall Lane in Blurton and started hitching up a white van.
The father in law of the van owner was walking his dog and asked the bloke what he was doing. "Its a repo mate" came the reply.
"Its not a repo - its my sons van!!!". The bloke then said, "It is, I've got the paperwork in my cab. I'll fetch it for you so you can see".
He got in his cab and sped off 
Desperate times I guess - lets not take anything for granted.
