Taken from her site is a recipe for Tunstall Cucumber Soup

3/4 pint of chicken stock
1/4 pint of passata
1/4 pint single cream
1 cucumber
2 ozs prawns
1 chopped hard boiled egg
lots chopped herbs - e.g. chives, parsley, tarragon

Chop cucumber into tiny cubes. Mix everything together, liquidising some of the prawns and leaving some whole. Chill and serve with sprig of herbs on top.
