The Snedy Arms is up for sale again, this time with a reduced price tag of £595k, rather than last July's estimation of £675k.

The freehold pub is being marketed by property agents Christie and Co, who specialise in the licensed trade.

The Christie website values the pub at £595,000 with a turn over of £593k

Popular town centre pub the Sneyd Arm's owner Maureen Flowers, long time land lady of the pub for the past 19 years is calling it a day and is looking forward to retirement.

The Sneyd Arms Hotel will be sold at auction with a guide price of £675,000. The auction will be held at the pub on October 5th at 6pm.

The Arms, a lively pub situated in the heart of Tunstall's tower square, over looking Tunstall Market.

The food served has always been highly regarded at a good price, and my wife swears their chips can't be beaten.

I'm now wondering if Titanic breweries will show an interest in the pub, and bring quality beer to the cities northerly town
