unioceros -in lower bridge street

not local but while the children are off school and if you are going to spend a day in Chester, or visiting chester zoo, or cheshire oaks, look out for the colourful Rhinos.
having spend a couple of hours in chester earlier this week, we discovered that in and around the streets and in shop windows of Chester there are 62 colourful life size models of rhinos, and 116 mini rhino- that local school children have helped to decorate.

there are trail guides avaible - to down load, or to collect from the visitors centre .

we paid for 3 hours at the roodee car park thinking we would have enough time to shop and follow the trail but we didnt,
so if you are going pay for the 4-6hour stay.. its well worth hunting the rhinos, so much fun, and you get to see parts of chester that you havent seen before.

on the way back call into snugburys icecream farm- the death by chocolate flavour is delicious. but the other attraction is they have a 36 foot meerkat looking over their field
