Road Sweeper

Have we some movement on the adoption or are the council just not sure of where they stand. We have a road sweeper on the estate. First time I have seen one up here since the builder left.

I saw one on John Roads Way as I was working in my office a couple of weeks back.
The road sweeper in question was most definitely a city council one as well.
