Police Spot Checks on park area

Have just been across the park and whilst we were there we witnessed one of the "police spot checks" on the park, this cosists of a police car driving up, stopping in the turning bay at the top of JRW for about a minute and then driving back off. We only just managed to see them do this from the little people's play park, how on earth the police could see what could have been going on either in the football area, or the grass area would be interesting to see as I am sure those areas can't be seen from the turning bay - hasten to add nothing untoward was going on, teenagers happily playing football, the language wasn't too bad tonight either.
