Bankeyfields Street Games - Bankeyfields PArk, this Thursday Sept 9th 2010 - fun for the kids

I was amazed at the number of kids that turned up tonight for the Street Games put on by Stoke on Trent City Council. Especially considering the amount of rain that was coming down.

In the end though, because the sports court was too wet for the games to be played (Tom the Street Games co-ordinator has to do a risk assesment).

Thanks to everyone for spreading the word and trying, hopefully next time the weather will be on our side.

AGE
The games are targetted at kids from 8 upwards, however younger kids (5-6) can come along and games will be catered for all ages.
