Vandalism to bus shelter

I've just been away for a weekend to Exeter, on my return, I was quite disappointed to see a pile of glass standing where once there was a bus shelter on the A50 opposite Sandyford McDonalds. I'm guessing that this is as a result of some vandalsim, but, in the interest of safety, shouldn't the glass at least be swept up and tidied away?

You'd think so, I've just checked on Fix My Street page we have on the site, and it doesn't look like it's been reported to the council.
