There have been two cars parked by the mini roundabout at the entrance to the estate for ages (facing the roundabout of death/Focus) - the two males are both sitting in the front car just watching ... I would estimate they've been there for about three hours... I've been in and out today and they have been there everytime I've passed.
Any ideas?!?!?! Council? Journos?

Judging by the post yesterday, from the guest user, I think they might be council workers trying to assess the roundabout and as guest put it see what we are moaning about.
Do you know if they were there first thing this morning when the traffic is most busy?

They weren't there at 7.30am
They weren't there at 7.30am but when I returned at 11.30ish they were there and then still there while I was nipping in and out inbetween 1 and 3.30pm so no idea about "rush hour" time.
They know I was clocking them as I went in and out the estate several times in an hour lol
