Judging by the marks on the pavement and grass, the car looks to have lost it on the roundabout.
After mounting the kerb, and scraping past the bushes, the car then slammed into the 40MPH sign, and re-entering the road again, to remount the curb, finally coming to a halt in the bushes.
The Police officers at the scene refused to comment if the car was speeding, "as they weren't there at the time", but did say that no one was injured.
