Council Workmen out on John Rhodes Way

From what I could see, council workmen were removing snow from the John Rhodes Way Speed Hump (lower)

I couldn't see what they were doing, did anyone else see?

Struggling
Cars were also struggling travel past the speed bump, and I noticed one or two simply rolled back or turned around in Ernest Edgerton Close.

Maybe the bin men have advised that it's lethal if they had problems first thing this morning
