Police are appealing for witnesses after a man indecently exposed himself to a woman.

The woman was walking in Bathpool Park when she was distracted by a man coughing.

She turned round to see him exposing himself to her.

The offender was white, around 6ft tall with a stocky build. He was wearing a combat style jacket.

The incident happened on Monday afternoon.

The woman left the park and alerted police.

PC Kimberley Shenton is investigating the incident and is appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
