Dance Troupe in Tunstall
Hi we are a dance troupe that has formed in tunstall we are looking for ways to raise money for all the girls and boys to keep the troupe going we are called kstars and we train at the rhyan hall in tunstall if anybody can help us just contact me please.on juney_leek@hotmail.co.uk the troupe ages around 3 years to 40 plus. we have just resently started compertitions with a new assocation called s.o.t.a.p ( stoke on trent ajudacatin panel).
Our aim for the dance troupe is to keep the kids off the streets we teach them disapline how to work as a team member and to have respect for others. We are looking for sponsers to provide the team with tshirts and tracksuits with the troupes logo on

We compete every sunday in compertitions around the stoke on trent area

9th may 2010,
we have had 4 compertitions now and havent come any where we danced today at the old mill at blurton and got our first ever 1st place in the senior section the juniors all so got placed and in there comp they came 3rd with best leader well done girls and boys for all your hard work keep it up u r like my family love u all to bits senior trainer juney and shell

hi im back im sorry i havnt up dated on here for a while being busy sorting the troupe out i just popped on here today to see if any body can help us with either a 25 seater mini bus or coach as we have got a big compertition at north wales oct 1st till the 4th but as money is tight we are unable to hire one we have our own mini bus but we carnt afford to run it at the minplease if there is anyone out there that can help us get the kids to north wales then feel free to email me thanks june senior of kstars

I'm wondering if you put more regular updates on the site, about what the troupe are up to, what routines they are learning and so on, that you could build up a bit of a following, who would then be happy to help with your trips.
I recently heard some good advice, and that was to speak to Tunstall's Trade Forum, currently chaired by former Councillor Lee Wanger I'm sure if you contacted Lee, he could look into the funding matter for you.
I wonder if the promise of regular promise of updates, along with details of your sponsors on this site would sway them into helping fund raise. Worth a shot?
