Dog Poo Bins

Recently walking my dog on the open-space I have noticed that some people are using the litter bins to discard there dog poo bags, so this begs the question is there enough dog poo bins on the open-space. Personally I thing there should be a poo bin at every entry/exit point on the open-space so really we could do with another two on the swallows rise side of the estate and one at the end of Spitfire way. Would this help any feedback would be appreciated. :W
