Individuals are receiving emails from allegedly from the “Heineken Lottery Promo” team informing the recipient they have won $1.3 million in the lottery.
The sender asks them to supply their personal details and to keep the fact that they have won confidential.
Possible Action:
This is a scam – do not reply to this type of email. They will later request either bank details or ask the recipient for a sum of money to release the winnings.
