Does anyone go to, or know of, any exercise, kip fit, pilates classes that are in the day?

Hiya, the Mr's goes to Tunstall Swimming baths, as they have a room where they run regular keep fit classes, but the only problem is it starts at 6 on a thursday.

They might have more classes during the day though.

I've also noticed DW Sport Fitness (what used to be know as JJB Sports Fitness) is now advertising on their site the new centre across from Pizza Hut in tunstall.

DW Fitness are running classes during the day. I have their initial timetable, I will post if you want.

The only issue I found was that children are only allowed in up to 5:00pm in the week. Just about the time most of us can take our children swimming... and 8:00am until 12:00 pm at the weekend. Anyway we looked around the other night and must say very high tech on the equipment but with the swimming times and no booking system for the classes have decided it is not for us.

If you are going to have a look go prepared as they do try the hard sell !!!!!!
