MIssing black cat

We are missing a small black tom cat aged about 14 months, he hasn't been seen for a couple of days and we are concerned. We live on the bottom part of William Coltman Way.
He is very affectionate and is addicted to sitting on shoulders (I think he was a parrot in a former life).
