Online Electrical company 365 - steer clear, failed delivery and rude sales staff
This week our tumble dryer packed up, and when you've got 3 little ones, it's one of the most important items in the household.
So Mrs Web Monkey jumps on the 'tinternet and finds the best deal from 365 Electrical.
Next day we get a call saying can we arrange for a Friday delivery, followed by a call the day after saying it's now coming Thursday.
Today is Thursday and after waiting in (oh all right I work from home and my wife is on maternity leave) we get a phone call at 10 to say someone has forgot to put item on the van, can we now arrange a different date.
So a quick phone call later, we are put through to an obnoxious sales manager, who gave us two options. Wait a week or cancel and then slammed the phone down.
Another call after to cancel, and they then started some hefty back tracking, so as not to get the order cancelled.
Keep you posted, but I just wanted to share this info, and my advice is to steer clear.
