Council don't recognise this estate when called

I've had an email tonight from a resident who phoned the council 234 234, asking if they could possibly cut the grass on the open space, "Job Number 1091854".

However, when rung, they had no knowledge of our park or estate, but they do know when the Police phone to ask to have the dog poo bags removed.

So how to describe where we are:

Post code: ST6 5XA
Bankeyfields Open space, at the back of summer bank school.

Or alternatively, ask to be in touch with Paul Hankey, as he's formally in charge of the area until adoption. "...... Environmental Manager Paul Hankey. As you will be aware the estate has not yet been adopted but Paul has taken responsibility for the play area."
