Street Cleaner - would it come if we weren't adopted?

Good news everybody, our roads are being cleaned.

I don't think I've ever seen the street cleaner on estate before, but the little red Stoke on Trent council street cleaning lorry was going at it on John Rhodes Way this morning at about 11:05.

Not only that, but does this mean the estates have publicly adopted? Or were we just scheduled in for a tidy up.

If anyone spots the cleaner on Heritage park can you post up, it's just interesting to know.
