The government are set to introduce tough new fines on owners who allow their cats to stray, as part of a scheme that will also see stray an increase in cat wardens in the areas.

City's like Liverpool, London, Manchester and even Stoke has seen a yearly increase in complaints about cats to local councils.

The new laws will come into effect in August this years and will become part of the existing dog fouling laws.

Councils are readying PCSO's and city wardens and are hoping to have the problem in hand within the next five years.

I'm sure this is an April

I'm sure this is an April Fool, but its actually something I would support. I'm sick of flicking the presents the neighbours cats leave us back over their fence until they get the message I dont want their presents Wink

I only had 2 minutes to come

I only had 2 minutes to come up with something, so that's the first thing that came to my mind.

I was going to make something up about umbrellas and centenaries, but I think some one had already done that one.
