Weather Warning - Snow

Have just received the weather warning from the MET office, thought you might like a read

Flash Warning of · Heavy Snow

For the following areas
· Cheshire
· Gtr Manchester
· Halton
· Merseyside
· Shropshire
· Staffordshire
· Stoke-on-Trent
· Telford + Wrekin
· Warrington

A band of sleet and snow will spread northeastwards this afternoon, affecting parts of northern and western England. Accumulations of 2 to 5cm of snow are expected widely, with local accumulations of 5 to 8cm possible over higher ground.
