Grey - I think
According to the calendar given when we got our blue bins, it's a grey bin day tomorrow.
That's the only one of mine that needs to go out anyway, so that's what's going out
Correction
Well, for some of us, the answer to which bins was NONE!
However, the council say the bin men will be back tomorrow to empty those that didn't get done today.

So sorry to read that some of you didn't get your bins emptied, I can only imagine how annoying this must be for some of you, stuck at the top of Barratt and struggling to get out and having to remove bins in trecourous conditions this morning, and then to return home to find them still full and no doubt for some people when they returned the council offices will probably have shut.
I hope for you that the council stand by them coming out tomorrow to empty them as like someone has commented on the other forum, 3 weeks with no bin empting is taking things a bit to far.
I think the next meeting could be an interesting one with all the problems of roads and now bins that Megan Ryan will be encountering.

I didn't get home till gone 6 as I had things to do after work (went to Focus Trent Vale to see if they had any grit lol) Fortunately the council tel no 234567 has people there answering calls until 8, so I was able to get through to someone
Have checked the weather forecast for the nex few days, not good
Hopefully the council will be able to do something, but I'm not hopeful as we all know what they're like, and yes, I know it's the council officers not the councillors themselves that work out what's happenning, where etc.

Snow is forcast for North Staffordshire from very early 05:00 .But the BBC on line weather says light sleet which totaly contradicts BBC Midlands today forcast. Sorry state of affairs when the BBC departments can,t agree.

What's the chances of the bin men coming back today then??? When I left this morning, the roads yesterday were a dream compared with today. If they didn't think they could get up Hurricane yesterday, they won't even try to get onto the estate today.
Oh well, hopefully they'll let people put bags out to be collected too when they do finally come back.

No sign of them today, Janet. Didn't really expect it tho once I'd looked out of the window this morning! Think we'll be lucky to see them at all this week, so it looks like a trip to the tip (if we can get there!) with all our overflowing rubbish. Good luck on your journey home - stay safe!
