Why is it I have been bombarded with crap regarding this site. I have just received an e-mail telling me the address of Focus DIY???????????
I know where it is and so does everybody on these estates. Its that bloody great ugly building that towers over the roundabout if no one has seen it....
Its a shame that I have had to unsubscribe now to the e-mails as now I wont be able to keep upto date, but I dont want that kind of rubbish coming to me either!!!

Email alerts issue
A genuine mistake has lead to pages from the Bankeyfields directory being placed in the feed that powers the google feed email alerts which you complain of.
However there is a reason behind more local links going onto the website. Because the Bankeyfields isn't coming up on the google searches for the word tunstall until page three, I have add to the site other popular local searches, in the attempt of trying to get peoples attention from the area.
So, words like tunstall community, tunstall takeaway, tunstall pizza... all help people to find the site that might not have done so before.
And the reason why Bankyfields can't get listed for the word Tunstall?

thats why. There are so many references on the internet to KT Tunstall, that it's virtually imposible to get a look in.
So if in the future more and more local businesses go into the directory, it's for two reasons.
1. To provide a comprehensive directory of businesses and services for the tunstall area.
2. To help the website appear on the search pages on google.
