Not sure how many horse owners are out there, and notice that this has also been posted under the horses loose on Reginald Mitchell but a couple of folks on fb have posted this also

THEFT ALERT!!!!! Please pass this on to all horsey peeps in North Staffs and in particular the Endon, Brown Edge and Biddulph Moor areas. We have been cased by gypsies and one of our horses had a plait put in its mane last night....... This is a sign that she was/is marked for stealing tonight or tomorrow night by them. The police have told us to make all horse owners in the area aware as is this will NOT be an isolated case!!!!!!!!!
