Slugs
At least one good thing has come from the grass not being cut on the open space it has become a breeding ground for slugs....
At least one good thing has come from the grass not being cut on the open space it has become a breeding ground for slugs. Just walked the dog and the path around the open space is covered with hundreds of slugs and they seemed to like the taste of dog poo as all the dog poo that was on the path was covered in slugs.

Funny you should have posted about the slugs! Some nice kind dog has left 3 nice big deposits at the top of our steps and when we came back in on Saturday afternoon we too have a collection of slugs eating the dog poo - and I was going to post on here but hadn't got to it.
I never knew they ate it, but wish they could eat it a bit quicker so that the pile above my steps would disappear!!!!!
