About Me
I am an historical geographer. During the past 20 years I have undertaken extensive original research into the region's early history and produced the first map of Tunstall in the middle ages when it was an important market town and administrative centre. At the moment, I am researching the growth of further and higher education in the Potteries from the 1820s to the present day for two books on the history of Staffordshire University and Stoke-on-Trent College.
