Weekly walk at Westport Lake today - a few little ducklings - when dragged up the slope towards the canal by the cafe - family of swans and about 20+ little ducklings.

Also on a Sunday there is a boating club on the mini lake with boats of all sorts including lifeboats!

I knew I should have checked by the canal.

I'm also glad the rangers have put a protecive barrier around the swan.

Finally managed to get a close up shot of the lovely Grebe as well.

have seen a couple on the mini lake but not as many as there was along the canal, if I can ever find the cable to download the photo's from the phone I will put them on here, but will go again next week and will take the camera with me.
